Residents Voice

Good afternoon

Once again, with is being the start of a new month, please could I ask all residents to complete a Resident Voice Survey with any issues they may be having. 

As previously explained, these surveys are extremely helpful in me determining when and where I need to be and what the problems are on the area that I didn't previously know about. The surveys are anonymous but if you would like to leave your details so I can contact you, please do.

Last month a survey was completed on Duxford Court. 

You said:

Issues raised were poor lighting and issues with youth ASB. 

We did: 

We raised the concern with lighting to the local housing authority and patrols have been increased o the court at night time.

You said:

Issues with parking and blocking peoples driveways.

We did: So far we have not seen this happen but we will continue to monitor moving forward when in the area.
