OP Welcome - Increase in patrols

Good morning GQ residents, 

You will notice an increase in officers patrolling the Garden Quarter over the next couple of weeks, this is due to OP Welcome.

Op Welcomes focus is to provide a reassuring presence in the Garden Quarter for new students and returning students to the University of Chester, and also local residents.
