Anti-Social Behaviour 

  • Youths gaining access to abondened building on Greenbank discussions are ongoing with CWAC at this time and the surrounding residents and patrols will continue at the location for the foreseeable future.
  • Youths gaining access to an abondened building in Hartford discussions are ongoing with CWAC at this time and patrols will continue at the location for the foreseeable future.
  • Anti-social behaviour at Moss Farm large groups of people setting fire works off and drinking at the location- patrols will be stepped up in the area as we go into the summer months Patrol conducted by PCSO Donnelly at Moss Farm due to youths gathering on the bank – No issues on my patrol plan at this current time.
  • Reports of 2 males smoking what is believed to be Cannabis on Saxons Lane Park – the location will be patrolled due to Anti-social behaviour at the location.
  • Reports of Fires bieng set on Marshalls Arm – Officers will attend the location in uniform to give reassurance to the public and deter any fires bieng set.
  • Four males gaining access to a locked football pitch – enquires are ongoing currently.
  •  

    Suspicious vehicle/person

  • Alarm activation at a school in Greenbank- Response attended the location and all seemed in order at the location.
  • Reports of a vehicle bieng driven around Hartford in an anti-social manner with as reports say a pop sound – enquires are ongoing currently.
  •  

    Theft

  • Theft of a Can of Beer from a shop on Greenbank enquires are ongoing currently

  • Theft of items from Sainsburys in Hartford a suspect has been identified by a local school and enquires are ongoing currently.

  • Theft of Copper wire and a sink form Greenbank – enquires are ongoing currently

  • Theft of a phone from a Public House in Hartford – no lines of enquire at this time.

    Parking Concerns

     

  • Parking Concerns on Riddings Lane / Needham Drive /Abby Lane behind Hartford Primary – PCSO will give passing attention and tickets will be issued to any drivers. 
  • Parking Concerns on School Lane/King Street passing attention will be given to the area at this time working with CWAC and local businesses and residents to find a longer-term solution.
  • Parking Concerns on Stone Mannor Lane will be given to the area for the foreseeable future. 
  • Parking Concerns on Hazelmere Close and Carriage Drive. Patrols will continue around school pick up and drop off times.

    Criminal Damage

  • Reports of a vehicle bieng broken into at a train station and a few items have been taken from the vehicle enquires are ongoing at this time.
  • Reports of a vehicle bieng broken into at a business address in Hartford and a number of items have been taken from the vehicle enquires are ongoing at this time.
  • Reports of a of criminal damage to a TV enquires are ongoing currently.
  • Reports of criminal damage to brickwork and guttering on a property no further enquires currently.
  • Reports of damage to a vehicle at a property at Hartford – no lines of enquiry currently.
  • A CCTV Camera Storage box has been ripped out of a secure part of a school – no lines of enquiry at this time.
  • Speed enforcement in Hartford.

    School Visits

  • A talk at paint pots after school club with regards to online safety.
  • A talk with year 6 at Winnington Park Primary with regards to road safety and personal safety.
  • A talk at Cloughwood Academy with year 6 with regards to road safety.
  • A talk at Hartford Primary with year 5 with regards to online safety.

    Friday 11/07/2025 at 17:00pm Hartford Village Hall to discuss any issues.

    Wednesday the 16/07/2025 at 10:00am Greenbank Community Hub to discuss any issues.

    Saturday the 26/07/25 at 16:00 at Moss Farm Sports Complex

     

    Additional action that has been taken in Hartford throughout the month.
