Community Cohesion Groups (CCG) bring together a wide range of individuals, representing the diverse community demographics within Cheshire to scrutinise policing at a local level. 

CCG attendees have the opportunity to examine the use of policing powers in their local community to ensure transparency, legitimacy and accountability. 

This topic will be on Stop Searches. 

The Local Policing Commander will attend the CCG to enable community representatives to understand and inform local policing practive to ensure it is fair, effective and equitable.
