Anti-Social Behaviour 

  • Reports of a Male gesturing towards a group of children on a playground patrols will continue due to concerns from residents.

  • Reports of a group of youths on a car park that are shouting and bieng load in the community .

  • A group of adults bieng intoxicated around the local shops in Hartford- patrols will be stepped up in the evening to deter anti-social behaviour in the area.

  • Suspicious Person/Vehicle

  • Reports of a male bieng seen wearing all black and a balaclava acting suspicious in the Hartford area patrols will be stepped up in the area.
  • Reports of a male bieng agitated on a play park next to a school-upon further investigation the male has been identified and spoken too with a parent present, and he has been advised to go to the location a little bit later when the location is quieter.
  • Reports of a flatbed vehicle turning up at an address while the occupants are on holiday- enquires are ongoing currently.
  • Reports of three young males trespassing on a building site dressed all in black in Hartford – enquires are ongoing at this time.
  • Reports of a Male and female bieng intoxicated on the Moss Farm Sports Complex – PCSO Donnelly has linked in with Winnington Primary to try and ID the male and female described.
  • Reports of a vehicle bieng driven on Saxons Lane Park on Greenbank – response have attended the area and spoken to a group of males at the location. 
  • Reports of a group of a Males on the gated pitch at Moss Farm smoking – Response patrols have attended and moved the group on from the area.

    Theft

  • Theft of handbag from an address in Hartford the Handbag has been recovered but enquires at this time. 

  • Parking Concerns

     

  • Parking Concerns on Riddings Lane / Needham Drive /Abby Lane behind Hartford Primary – PCSO will give passing attention and tickets will be issued to any drivers. 
  • Parking Concerns on School Lane/King Street passing attention will be given to the area at this time working with CWAC and local businesses and residents to find a longer-term solution.
  • Parking Concerns on Stone Mannor Lane will be given to the area for the foreseeable future. 
  • Parking Concerns on Hazelmere Close and Carriage Drive. Patrols will continue around school pick up and drop off times Two vehicles were issued with an advisory ticket on Carridge drive due to causing an obstruction.
  • One Vehicle was issued with a fixed penalty ticket on Firdale Road for causing an obstruction on the footpath.
  • Parking Concerns on Clough Lane on Greenbank due to parking at school drop off and pick up times.

    Burglary

  • There have been a number of burglaries in the Northwich area which have included Cuddington Hartford and Winnington area in which sheds and outbuilding such garages have been targeted, and items have been taken such as bikes enquires are ongoing at this time.

    Criminal Damage

  •  Reports of Damage to some solar panels at an address in Hartford no lines of enquiry at this moment in time.

    No Sessions this past month.

    School Visits

  • The Hartford Mini Police have been designing good and bad parking tickets for their parking patrols which will happen soon on Riddings lane and the surrounding area of Hartford Primary.

    Police Surgery’s for Hartford/Greenbank

     

    Thursday 17/04/2025 at 14:00pm Hartford Village Hall to discuss any issues.

    Wednesday the 23/04/2025 at 10:00am Greenbank Community Hub to discuss any issues.

     

    Additional action that has been taken in Hartford throughout the month.

  • Bike marking to be offered at Surgery or email below if you would like to get your bike registered.

  • Check ins have taken place at local business to see if there are any issues in the local community.
  • A warrant has taken place at an address in Hartford where a male was arrested.
  • The Next Community Cohesion group for Northwich and Winsford

    The next Northwich and Winsford Community Cohesion Group will be held at St John's Church Centre, School Lane, Hartford, CW8 1NP on 22/04/25 at 1900hrs. The topic will be stop and search. Attendees will have the opportunity to review police body worn footage and give feedback. Light refreshments will be provided.
