Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property: ELLESMERE PORT WEST • Grange • Brookyln Drive - Unknown suspects wearing balaclavas enter property via front door, threaten occupant with a knife and steal and orange KTM motocross bike. – 2 Males arrested and charged.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS: ELLESMERE PORT EAST • Rossmore • Broad Birches – Unknown offender has pulled open shed door and conducted an untidy search within. Unknown if any items have been taken at this time.
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST • Ellesmere Port Town • Rochester Drive – Middle section of double-glazed lounge window smashed after a large piece of sandstone thrown through it. • Exeter Road – Ground floor window smashed by unknown means. • Somerville Crescent – Two windows to the rear of the property smashed with pieces of concrete.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST • St. Pauls • Chester Road – During the early hours of the evening an unknown male, wearing a balaclava throws a brick through the top side window of tattoo studio.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft: ELLESMERE PORT EAST • Ellesmere Port Town • Stanney Lane – Bright green Carrera, secured to lamppost removed and taken by unknown offender. • Strawberry • During the early hours of the morning male offenders, using a van have driven around local area and taken Christmas decorations from the front gardens of properties: o Lichfield Drive - Reindeer decoration from front garden. o St. Asaph Road - Two large snowmen decorations taken from garden.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT WEST • Neston • Raby Park Road – Black BMW 120d, AJ59 ZPW taken by unknown means. • Netherpool • White Mercedes Sprinter panel van, DF67 TUJ, with the words ‘Edmundson Electrical’ on the side, parked in compound on Rossmore Road Industrial Estate taken. This follows the compound area being accessed by a white van displaying false registration plates. Two unknown males have gained access to the Sprinter by unknown means and following driving around the compound and finding all gates to site have now been secured, the offenders have reverse rammed one of the gates to exit the area. • St. Pauls • Station Road – Blue Nissan Navara, PJ71 BSX, parked near to the builders merchants taken by an unknown male offender, by unknown means during the overnight period.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT WEST • St. Pauls • Woodchurch Lane – Male witnessed walking along road trying door handles of parked vehicles. – Male arrested. • Grange • Harvard Place – Dacia Dusta has both the front and rear registration plates, showing MT68 VNC removed and taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST • Ellesmere Port Town • Cambridge Road – Vauxhall Astra has denting caused to body work from an unknown male, riding an electric bike, who has taken exception to be advised to put lights on his bike during the hours of darkness. • Kinsey Road – Vauxhall Zafira, whilst parked in car park at Cheshire Oaks, has front area scratched with an unknown implement and a chocolate drink poured over it. • Whitby • Chester Road – Renault Kadjar, parked on residential driveway set alight by unknown person, causing substantial damage. • Rossmore • Horace Black Gardens – Vauxhall Garland, parked at roadside has front passenger window smashed by unknown means.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST • Sutton • Broadland Road – Large hole made into rear windscreen of VW Golf by unknown means. This has caused the entire window to collapse in.
