Any issues / concerns that have been raised to PCSO ROBERTSON have been placed onto his PATROL PLAN.

WEAVER HALL / ROSE MEADOW

· More Patrols in area as there is ASB issues (No Reports of ASB within  the area)

· Safeguarding people from social media bullying—Safe guarding advice has been provided on our Social Media Channels and to people who bring it to our attention

LEFTWICH

· Speed Monitoring on CLIFTON DRIVE / DUNHAM ROAD / LONDON ROAD (30MPH SECTION) and LIME AVE—Speed Camera Sessions will be up and running soon 

· More Visibility around WOODPECKER DRIVE area / GRANVILLE ROAD area 

· Extend the school parking patrols to WOODSIDE TERRACE area— is now included in the school parking patrols 

· Issues with OFF ROAD BIKES— Owner of the BIKE has been spoken to and warned if witnessed again, bike may be seized

· More PATROLS around the play parks due to ASB— CCTV is now in place and no new issues since last newsletter (SEPT)

· More patrols around the shops due to ASB issues  - CLIFTON DRIVE IS NOW CLASSED AS A HOTSPOT DUE TO ISSUES THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED AND PATROLS ARE NOW IN PLACE WITH YOUTHS BEING ASKED TO MOVE ON

· Leftwich building needs to be patrolled more —Building is now up for sale and building is more secure—Feedback from residents is that issue has died down

· Provide something for the youths to be involved in —this is being looked into as we use to have a YOUTH CLUB operating in MOULTON but we just need a building to hold something and put something on

KINGSMEAD 

· Parking patrols on REGENCY WAY just after the ROUNDABOUT— Parking patrols have been conducted by MINI POLICE

· Speed Monitoring on REGENCY WAY  and DUKES WAY—Will be included in the MINI POLICE PROGRAM 

· School Parking patrols extend to MONARCH DRIVE—Now included in the school parking patrol 

· More Patrols around REGENCY WAY RETAIL PARK 

· Littering from the students that attend SIR JOHN DEANES—this will be looked into by the MINI POLICE 

· Anti Social Behaviour issues around the community—THERE HAS BEEN SOME ISSUES WITH ASB WHICH ARE BEING LOOKED INTO DUE TO IT BEING REPORTED TO 101

· Parking patrols around WYNDHAM CLOSE— Parking patrols are taking place

· Parking near KING EDWARDS CLOSE —Parking patrols are now taking place—one resident has been spoken to in regards to parking 

· (OCT) PARKING ON DROPPED KERBS around the BICKLEY CLOSE area— Parking patrols now in place

DAVENHAM

· Speed Monitoring on MOUNT PLEASANT / FOUNTAIN LANE / LONDON ROAD (20 MPH SECTION) / HARTFORD ROAD) and CHURCH ROAD at commuter times 

· Provide events / things to do for the youths in the community—Football sessions have been set up in AUGUST

· More Parking patrols around the area

· Issues with OFF ROAD BIKES / ELECTRIC SCOOTERS around JACK LANE— No new issues since last report (SEPT)

· Parking issues around THE PAVILLIONS junction of HARTFORD ROAD / EATON LANE—NO NEW ISSUES since last newsletter (SEPT)

· Bring up issues relating to CANNANBIS to WEAVER VALE—Are in touch with WEAVER VALE and will raise this up again

· Parking Issues at the top of CHURCH ROAD / junction of LONDON ROAD— NO NEW ISSUES since last newsletter (SEPT)

· Parking on LONDON ROAD and LABURNUM ROAD—Any issues witnessed on LONDON ROAD will be issued with FIXED PENALTY TICKETS as it’s the main road PCSO ROBERTSON uses to get to MOULTON. So LONDON ROAD is being patrolled. LABURNUM ROAD is a private road so parking can not be addressed.

· Vehicle blocking / obstructing junction—PRITCHARD DRIVE— no issues since last newsletter (SEPT)

· 20MPH Signage is in the wrong areas as there is a lot of speeding in the area —We are in the process of restarting community speed watch 

· ASB in the MERE BANK AREA— No issues reported to 101

· (OCT) PARKING on footpaths on LONDON ROAD—PATROLS are in place and any issues witnessed  are addressed

MOULTON

· Speed Monitoring on MAIN ROAD  / WHITLOW LANE 

· Speed Gun Sessions not just JACK LANE 

· More Rural crime involvement especially with the Badger sets—Rural Crime unit issue

· Parking Patrols around YARDLEY AVE—No parking issues reported to PCSO ROBERTSON

· More Visibility around the YARDLEY AVE / RAVENSCROFT areas 

· Parking Patrols Around the RAVENSCROFT / WEAVER ROAD  - No new issues since last report (SEPT)

· Issues with OFF ROAD BIKES / ELECTRIC SCOOTERS around JACK LANE— No New issues since last report (SEPT)

· (OCT) ASB PATROLS around the JACK LANE area— No ASB reports have been made in regards to JACK LANE
