Anti-Social Behaviour 

  • Disagreement over a parking space response attended the issue has resulted in no further action from both parties but the incident has been logged.
  • Reports of youths playing knock a door run at an address near Moss Farm PCSO Donnelly has attended the address and spoke to the victim and has gone into local to try and identify the 3 individuals involved.
  • PCSO Donnelly will also be in area around after to give ongoing reassurance to the victim where possible.

    Reports of 2 Males driving on the Marshalls arms on mopeds enquiries are ongoing to identify the 2 individuals involved.

    Suspicious Person/Vehicle

  • Reports of 3 youths looking into an address in Hartford – Officers have reviewed CCTV in the area no offences committed.
  • A male Keeps ringing a doorbell and knocking an address in Hartford – Response attended the address and gave reassurance to the reporting person and escorted the male to his home address.
  • A Group of 10-20 people bieng loud on Littledale’s Lane Park response attended the location the group said they were waiting for a taxi -Officers who attended asked them to move away from the people’s property. 
  • Call about a possible abandoned vehicle in Hartford after initial checks on the vehicle the vehicle was bieng looked after by a neighbour.

    Theft

  • Theft of a mobile phone from Hartford no lines of enquire currently.
  • Parking Concerns

     

  • Parking Concerns on Riddings Lane / Needham Drive /Abby Lane behind Hartford Primary – PCSO will give passing attention and tickets will be issued to any drivers. 
  • Parking Concerns on School Lane/King Street passing attention will be given to the area at this time.
  • Parking Concerns on Stone Mannor Lane will be given to the area for the foreseeable future. 
  • Parking Concerns on Hazelmere Close and Carriage Drive. Patrols will continue around school pick up and drop off times in the past month 1 vehicle was issued with an advisory ticket due to blocking a blind crossing warned if the vehicle is seen again causing an obstruction it will issue with a fix penalty notice.
  • Parking Concerns on Beech Road a vehicle was seen blocking the footpath and was issued with an advisory ticket due to blocking access to pedestrians’ local officers spoke to the driver as well and warned if the vehicle is seen again causing an obstruction it will issue with a fix penalty notice.
  • An Advisory ticket has been given to a vehicle for blocking the footpath on Hodge Lane if the vehicle is seen again causing an obstruction it will be issued with a fix penalty notice.

    Burglary

  • Reports of Burglary at an address in Hartford where a drill bits and batteries were stolen from the address no lines of enquiry at this time.
  • Theft of an envelope containing a sum of money from an address in Hartford enquires are ongoing currently.
  •  

    Vehicle/Bicycle Theft 

  • Reports of a bicycle theft form an address in Hartford – Beat officers manged to recover the bike and return it to its owner.
  • Theft of a bicycle from outside the shops on Greenbank enquiries currently.
  •  

    Criminal Damage

  • Reports of Criminal Damage to the notice board at the memorial orchard – PCSO will link in with the owner to give reassurance.

  • Criminal damage to number of fences near a public footpath just off Littledale’s lane PCSO Donnelly has linked with the residents who own the land the path is on and is working with them and partner agency to try and find a solution and find the individuals involved.

    Speed enforcement in Hartford. 

    05/10/24 Speed Enforcement on Chester Road 15 Offences recorded.

    12/10/24 Speed Enforcement on School Lane 7 Offences recorded.

    18/10/24 Speed Enforcement Chester Road 4 Offences Recorded.

     

    Community Speed Watch

    5 Sessions of community speed watch have taken place in the past month.

     

    School Visits

    Mini Police is continuing at Hartford Primary this year with currently 32 applications.

    Which will be whittled down to around 20 to partake in the program running from January to July 2025 interviews are due to take place this Autumn term.

    PCSO Donnelly has done inputs so far at Hartford primary/ Hartford Manor Primary/ Cloughwood Academy and Winnington Primary on how to stay safe this Halloween and bonfire night.

    St Wilfs were also sent a presentation which staff were able to deliver.

     

    Police Surgery’s for Hartford/Greenbank

     

    Tuesday 26/11/2024 at 14:00pm Hartford Village Hall to discuss any issues.

    Monday the 18/11/2024 at 10:00am Greenbank Community Hub to discuss any issues.

     

    Additional action that has been taken in Hartford throughout the month.

    A Warrant has taken place as part of operation Bigwing in Hartford in which officers arrested a 28-year-old man on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs.

    His housing agency have also been informed due to the ongoing issues in the area.
