The Spotlight Project, which brings together young people from in and around Winsford for fun, friendly and active sessions at New Images Youth and Community Centre on a Tuesday evening from 7pm-8.30pm.

Bringing together dance, movement and boxing fitness 💃🕺 🤸‍♀️🥊 this initiative shines a spotlight on young people's mental health. Building confidence, increasing resilience and boosting wellbeing, these sessions are free of charge and open to ages 11-18.

Beginners very welcome; no experience needed.

This project is delivered in partnership with Youth Fed, The Mind Body Balance Academy and Winsford Care Community and is supported by Cheshire West Voluntary Action.
