We have received a report where a resident was contacted by a person purporting to be from the Met Police. They stated they were leading an investigation into fraud on their accounts from staff within the bank.
⚠️ ⚠️ This was a Fraud phone call ❗
The fraudsters were very convincing, they provided an outdated phone number to the London Police station and the Collar number and name of a Sergeant.

NEVER give any details to anyone over the phone, terminate the call and contact your bank if you receive any suspicious phone calls.
